And as the regulars know during this event it is possible to get close(r) to the Antwerpen-based warbirds and vintage aircraft as opposed to a "normal weekend day".

Mustang, North American T-28 Trojans, Harvard, Stampes, the (replica) aircraft of the resident museum, etc.
On a fair weather day some of these aircraft may be active, and then it is possible to see them up close taxi-ing, even picturing while landing from the west is no problem then!

Normally this is not possible due to the position of hangars, fences, etc.
But on the 5th of May it will be!

On the aviation fair itself the catering has food and hot drinks, and of course the tables full of aviation-related material are a reason to visit themselves...

Cet évènement annuel est à ne pas rater ! Pourvu que le soleil soit là !
